①ブレッドがヴィーガン対応に！
100%国産小麦ブレッド（無添加）を乳製品・卵不使用に！
各種サンドイッチの具材を変更することでVegan OKのサンドになりました。
※他に100%全粒粉ブレッドもございます。（ヴィーガン非対応）

②フォアグラ和牛バーガーサンドが新登場！
ボリューミーでゴージャス、味付けはシンプルに赤ワインソースのみ
高級食材の素材の良さを生かし、試行錯誤を繰り返しホットサンドイッチに昇華しました。

③ドリンク類も更に充実
新登場のオーガニック抹茶やアルコール類も充実。

(1) Bread is now vegan-friendly!
100% domestic wheat bread (no additives) is now dairy and egg free!
Various sandwich ingredients have been changed to Vegan OK sandwiches.
We also have 100% whole wheat bread. (Non-vegan)

(2) Foie Gras Wagyu Beef Burger Sandwich is newly introduced!
Voluminous and gorgeous, seasoned only with a simple red wine sauce!
The sandwich is a hot sandwich made with the best of premium ingredients through a trial-and-error process.

We have also enhanced our beverage lineup!
The new organic matcha green tea and alcoholic beverages are also available at the café bar.
